Grant had his four month appointment with his doctor. He got another round of shots, but it didn’t seem to bother him all that much. Here are the stat from his appointment:

Weight – 15 lbs, 12 oz (75 percentile)
Length – 27 inches (95-97 percentile)
Head – 41.5 cm (25 percentile)

So basically, he is really long for his age, which makes his weight higher. But his head is finally not looking so huge for his body. Doctor says he is a “well nourished” boy. And very healthy. Yea!!
