The other day while deleting Spam emails from my google email account I noticed a clicker at the top of the page that had a recipe for SPAM Kabobs on it. I thought that sounded kind of funny so I printed off the recipe and took it home.

Carol actually bought some SPAM and prepared the recipe for me the other night. I hadn’t had SPAM in years. It isn’t too bad. It was good prepared as Kabobs. Pretty darn good, actually. We had the Kabobs over rice with red peppers, pea pods, etc.

So I got to wondering how many other recipes were out there that use SPAM. I was amazed, I found several sites. It has its own website. You could pretty much eat SPAM at every meal. I wouldn’t recommend it, unless you want to visit your doctor on a weekly basis.
