It has been a while since I had a post here on the blog. I apologize for that. I know I have been letting my readers down. I have been busy at work and around the house so I haven’t had a chance to really sit down and write something in here. But today, here at work, I have some free time so I thought I would give a quick update of what has been going on here in G-ville.

Carol and I have been throwing around the idea of having a room built on to our house. This room would be a hybrid between a sunroom and an actual room addition. The space would be used as an office/guest room/family room etc. It would have quite a few windows in it so it would be bright like a sunroom. It would also have heating and cooling, electrical outlets, etc to make it like a room addition. Right now we are waiting on a couple of companies to get back to us with estimates. We are comparing regular construction versus aluminum construction. If we decide to go ahead with this plan, I am sure that there will be photos galore.

Other than that, just normal household activities are going on. Cleaning up leaves, mowing the grass, trying to keep our plants alive during the rare nights where there are frost warnings, etc.

Well, I guess I should drink my coffee that I spent so much time doctoring. I added two little containers of “half and half” – does that make it a “whole and whole” ?
