Today we went on a day trip to Silver Springs, about 45 miles south of Gainesville. They have a little amusement park located on the Silver river where you can take a glass bottom boat ride, see some animals, and on certain days see concerts and other special events. Today, if we had chosen to, we could have met and gotten autographs from “Soap Opera Hunks”. We passed on that great opportunity and chose to feed giraffes instead. Here are a few pics of our trip:
