In August, the kids were invited to a friend’s birthday party at a local pool with a water park.  Jenna wasn’t walking yet but she enjoyed herself anyway.  Interesting memory of that day – apparently Jenna is not a fan of my appearance in contact lenses.  I had started the day out wearing contact lenses and non-prescription sunglasses, but Jenna screamed if I tried to hold her.  We couldn’t figure out what was bothering her so Carol suggested I put on my glasses and she was suddenly fine.  It was the strangest thing.  Here are some pictures of that day, obviously taken after I took out my contacts.
