This Halloween, Grant dressed as Elmo. He had a couple of opportunities to suit up this year. Carol’s workplace has a special night at work each year during the week of Halloween for the children of employees to come and trick-or-treat. So on Wednesday night, Grant and Dada drove over to see Momma and get some candy. Then on Halloween night the three of us went for a short walk around our neighborhood to do some more trick-or-treating.

Grant seemed to enjoy trick-or-treating again this year, although I don’t think he totally understood the concept. He thought he was supposed to go into each house. He also wasn’t sure how the exchange of candy worked because he tried to take candy out of his bucket and give it to the folks who opened the door. Here are some pictures from Halloween 2010:
