Jenna’s Pre-Meet Gator Gymnastics Performance
Jenna was selected to join other kids that take gymnastics classes at Balance180 to perform a routine before the Gator Gymnastics meet on March 10th, 2017 at the Stephen C O’Connell Center on the campus of the University of Florida. She only had one practice with the group, but did a very good job! It didn’t seem to faze her at all being in front of a crowd. I think Mama and I were more nervous.
We were a little worried about how she would do because she started getting fussy as soon as we got there in the middle of the crowd. But Carol soon realized that she just wanted to take her shoes off. She seemed to really want to get the show started.
Here are a couple videos we took of the performance. One is taken from my perspective sitting in the stands with Grant. The other is taken from Carol’s perspective, standing in the hallway where the kids entered the gym. Jenna was the youngest one and is wearing a purple shirt toward the right in the first video. She starts off facing away from the camera, but finishes facing it. Enjoy!
Jenna Rose; What a great job out there with all the other children. You were small, but mighty! Keep practicing and having fun! Love, Nana
Congratulations to Miss Jenna for being selected to perform. She has way more courage than her Gramma and way more talent in gymnastics. Way to go, Jenna! We love YOU.
