If you are a homeowner I am sure you understand that home improvement projects seem to be never-ending.  Our house was built in 1980 so there are some things that are needing an upgrade.  One of the major issues with the house was the poor quality of windows.   We finally, after another summer of watching our electric bill climb because our AC was running non-stop even at a reasonable temperature, decided to take the plunge and put in new windows.   We are very pleased with the result and our electric bills have already been lower than they were at this time last year.  Hurray!
