A new pet for Grant
Grant finally decided he was ready for a new pet after the passing of his fish, Leonard, a while back. Here is a 10 minute video that shows some of the preparations that he made for his new pet.

Seymour looks very content in his new home. He is a cute little fella! The videos are fun to see. I know you will take good care of him, Grant. He would be a good subject for some of your good stories you like to write, wouldn’t he? He could have all kinds of adventures. Love, Nana
Very good video. Congratulations on your new pet. Seems like Seymour loves his new home. He knows where his food dish is, and it’s handy that he can sit in his food while he eats! He knows where his water is. And he likes to search for the little bits of food his owner places about his home. He can climb on his hut as well as chew it. He can go through the tube or chew on it. And I think he loves squeezing between the hut and the glass. Hamsters love squeezing! He makes his wheel go so fast! And am I understanding correctly: that he sometimes does the wheel during the night when the room is dark? Well I am very happy for you, Big Boy! And I’m sure you will be a great caregiver. Love you!
