Boo Spoon Feeding, Hurray Hand Feeding
Grant took a bit of a break from eating solid foods because he decided he didn’t like to eat off of a spoon any longer. But we later figured out that he perhaps just didn’t like the consistency of the food being given on a spoon, because he really likes food with a bit more substance. So now we have moved up to more solid “solid” foods, which he eats directly from our fingers. He is really a pretty good eater now. Take a look:
You can always tell when Grant is nearly done with his lunch or dinner in the high chair. He seems to become bored with sitting still and begins to vocalize a bit more while eating to entertain himself (and whoever is feeding him). Here is an example of what feeding is like when Grant has decided to have fun with it:
Oh, and I like Freddie and Lucy keeping watch. Great bookends!
I can almost relate here. We just had our first spoon feeding last night. Film at 11:00.
Always good to finish a good meal with a laugh.
With the thin upper lip and buzzing action; you have a trumpet player on your hands….
